Dr. Riley Coulter

Dr. Riley Coulter has served on the Siloam Mission board for 4 years, and became the chair in 2009.

He is committed to Siloam’s mandate to connect the compassionate with Winnipeg’s less fortunate and leads the board of directors with much experience.

An ordained minister with the Church of the Nazarene Canada, Riley has pastored for 15 years in Chilliwack, Regina, and Victoria.

He has served as President of Canadian Nazarene College and Nazarene University College for 20 years, and currently serves as Chancellor and Acting VP External Relations of Ambrose College in Calgary.

Riley is married to Karen for 40 years, and has three children and two granddaughters.
