Since May 2007, Siloam Mission’s Emergency Shelter has offered a warm, clean, and safe environment for people experiencing homelessness. It is a place of refuge and rest for those who are weary and have no bed of their own.

Our patrons are welcomed and presented with hygiene items, washrooms, showers and fresh towels, clean linens, and a bed for the night. The shelter holds 110 beds as well as a 5-bed family room for short-term emergency use.

Patrons are treated with respect, and staff members are treated the same way in return. Use of illegal substances is not permitted, which generates a safe environment that is conducive to transition.

Siloam Mission is providing for the basic human need of safe shelter, while creating an environment that promotes dignity, self-respect, and growth.
