Since May 2007, Siloam Mission’s Emergency Overnight Shelter has offered a warm, clean, and safe environment for people experiencing homelessness.
It is a place of refuge and rest for those who are weary and have no bed of their own.
Our guests are welcomed and presented with hygiene items, washrooms, showers and fresh towels, clean linens, and a bed for the night. The shelter holds 110 beds, as well as a 5-bed family room for short-term emergency use.
We strive to provide for the basic human need of safe shelter, while creating an environment that promotes dignity, self-respect and growth.
“I appreciate the food, clothing and place to sleep
here. I also like that I can give back by helping out. I
come here because they help. I can talk to friends and
meet new people.”
