The Hygiene Program
The Buhler Centre expansion provided us with an opportunity to outfit a space with showers and laundry machines for community use.
The Hygiene Program allows people experiencing homelessness to bathe and wash their clothing items on a regular basis – providing comfort and dignity. Community members are able to make use of the shower facility and laundry machines, with all the amenities needed, at no cost.
These services play a positive role in the health and well-being of community members, and are delivered with respect and compassion.
